Belgian light coffee malt. Reveals its taste at the temperature up to 200°C.

Characteristics:
Château Café Light malt imparts a mild taste and a nutty and distinct coffee flavour to the beer. Adds complexity to any dark ale. Reinforces the colour of beer.

Usage:
Stouts, porters, brown ales – in small quantities to get some notes of freshly roasted coffee.
Up to 10% of the mix.
