Also known as Tomahawk or Zeus, (thus the “CTZ”) the Columbus hop has a a high alpha with complex flavor / aroma profile:  citrus, herbal, woody, and spicy elements combine in a  resinous “skunky” or Marijuana-like aroma.  Not for the weak of palate as a bittering hop, but can bring in a wonderful layer of complexity when blended in for aroma.
