East Kent Goldings (50g)
Occasionally referred to as “Canterbury Hops”, East Kent Goldings (grown, unsurprisingly, in east Kent in England) defines the English Pale Ales and Ales produced by the region. EKG can be addded any time during the boil or used for dry hopping. It is often complimented with Fuggle Hops in English recipes. The aroma is sweet-tempered, savory, and affable with scents of sweet citrus fruits and flowers. Uses: English style Ales, Belgian-Style Ales, Stouts, Porters, most Lagers.
