Mount Hood (50g)
An aroma-type hop with low, but clean bittering properties. Released in 1989, Mt. Hood displays similar spicy qualities to traditional German varieties from the Hallertau and Hersbrucker areas. Used extensively as a basis for American Amber Ales – notably from the Kona Brewing Company in Hawaii.
