Rib Cage Immersion Copper Chiller (Small Half Coil)

The immersion chiller is rolled and formed out of 7.5m length of 3/8” copper tube. The “rib cage” design facilitates a weld-less construction with a contact surface of ±0.225 square meters. This results in rapid cooling which aids in a clear beer and prevents off-flavours from forming due to slow cooling.
Tests have shown a cooling rate from 102°C to below 25°C in 12 minutes using 14°C municipal water.
