Slovenian Goldings (50g)

Also called Savinja Golding, Slovenian Goldings is a traditional hop native to Slovenia and Austria. It is not actually of the Golding heritage – instead Styrian Golding is a form of Fuggles Hops and displays much of its attributes. This traditional aroma hop offers a delicate bitterness with a distinctive flavor and aroma – the oils show moderate myrcene and caryophyllene levels, with high humulene and farnesene which make this variety ideal for finishing additions.
